Ervin Cable Construction, LLC (“ECC”) respects and is committed to protecting the privacy of users of our website (“Site”). This privacy statement (“Privacy Statement”) describes what information we collect when you visit the Site and how we use it.

Location of Servers and Transfer of Information to the United States

Our servers are located in the United States and are hosted by our service provider (“Hosting Service Provider”). If you are located outside of the United States, please be aware that your information will be transferred to and stored on a server located in the United States. By continuing to use the Site and submitting your information to us, you consent to this transfer and the collection, storage, processing and use of your information in the United States.

Collection of Anonymous Information

Our Hosting Service Provider’s servers automatically log certain anonymous information about users of the Site. The information is stored as log files on the server. The anonymous information our Hosting Service Provider collects may include: Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, operating system, the time of the visit, the page that referred the visitor to the Site, the pages viewed, and the order of pages viewed.

ECC may use this information to determine, among other things, traffic patterns, the number of users who access certain areas of the Site, other user trends, and the need for improvements to website navigation and infrastructure.

Personal Information

You may choose to submit personally identifiable information (“Personal Data”) to ECC through the Site. If you do so, ECC will use your Personal Data only for the purposes for which it was submitted (e.g., to respond to a question).

Our Hosting Service Provider takes reasonable precautions to keep your Personal Data secure. However, no transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure or error-free. Therefore, you provide us with your Personal Data at your own risk.
