Brad has 15 years of cable telecommunications experience in all aspects of construction. Ten years management supervisory experience with construction and upgrades of Hybrid Fiber Coaxial networks. He is also a certified Master Electrician.
Vice President & Chairman
Experience: 31 years
Gary has over 31 years experience in all phases of the telecommunications industry, having co-founded Ervin Cable Construction, Inc. (now Ervin Cable Construction, LLC) in 1980. Gary majored in Business Management at Central Missouri State University. He has attended numerous SCTE and other industry training sessions, including digital networking, fiber optics, and engineering. He has managed the company since its inception, overseeing day-to-day operations.
Director of Operations
Experience: 25 years
Upon graduation from Southern Illinois University in 1986, Robert joined his brothers Gary and Tim in the cable television construction business. Together the three brothers formed Ervin Cable Construction, Inc. (now Ervin Cable Construction, LLC), which grew into a highly reputable cable and fiber optic network construction business. In 1999, the brothers sold their interests to Dycom Industries, Inc., a publicly traded company, but they remained active in the company. With nearly 25 years of experience in all aspects of OSP telecommunications construction, Robert has become an expert in Fiber Optic Network construction and installation. He was instrumental in engineering and developing multiple fiber optic networks in Kansas City, St. Louis, Minneapolis and Dallas.
Vice President
Experience: 28 years
Tim has over 28 years experience in the telecommunications industry. Upon completing his college studies at Southern Illinois University, Tim joined his brother Gary in the telecommunication construction business. Tim was a key player in the early phases of fiber optic construction. He has had extensive training and experience in fiber optic construction in metropolitan areas.
Vice President - St. Louis Operations
Experience: 32 years
Keith has 32 years experience in the telecommunications industry with a wide range of experience, from Management to Engineering. He has managed several large CATV coax and fiber upgrade projects, and hundreds of miles of fiber optic construction and splicing.
General Counsel & Asst. Secretary
Experience: 13 years
Vickie joined Ervin Cable Construction, LLC as General Counsel in June 1998, having formerly been engaged in the private practice of law. Her responsibilities include fulfilling various legal requirements of the company; drafting, negotiating and reviewing contracts, leases and various other documents; ensuring compliance with employment laws; and other matters of a legal nature. Vickie received her JD from Southern Illinois University School of Law in Carbondale, Illinois.
Controller & Asst. Treasurer
Experience: 19 years
Andee joined Ervin Cable Construction, LLC in December 2007, having previously been employed as controller for another Dycom subsidiary for 7+ years. She has 20 years of accounting experience and is a licensed certified public accountant in the state of Kentucky. Her responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of the accounting department, financial reporting and SOX compliance.
